Welcome to Cadmic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cadmic website and application at cadmic.app (the "Service"), operated by Cadmic ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Cadmic is a free, browser-based 2D computer-aided design (CAD) application. It runs entirely in your web browser — there is nothing to install and no account to create. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, without notice.
You own the drawings and other content you create with the Service. You are responsible for your content and for keeping your own copies: the Service stores drawings temporarily to let your session recover after a refresh or reconnect (see our Privacy Policy for details), but it is not a backup or archival service. Export your work (Save, PNG, or DXF) to keep it permanently. Do not use the Service to create or store content that infringes anyone's rights or breaks the law.

Cadmic is a drafting tool. You are responsible for independently verifying any drawing, dimension, or measurement before relying on it for construction, manufacturing, safety, or any other consequential purpose.
The Service itself — its software, design, text, and branding — is the property of its operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as provided here. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned in the Service belong to their respective owners. Cadmic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autodesk, Inc. AutoCAD is a trademark of Autodesk, Inc.
The Service is supported by advertising and may display ads provided by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Our use of cookies and similar technologies, and how advertising partners may use them, is described in our Privacy Policy. The Service may contain links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that drawings stored for session recovery will always be retrievable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadmic and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of drawings, data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
